We ship worldwide safely and securely using DHL courier service for International deliveries and ACS for Greece.
Delivery & Shipping Times
We process each order within 48 hours and then it takes up to 2-3 working days for it to arrive to you depending on where you are based in Greece or 5-10 working days for the rest of the world. If your order is placed over the weekend, your items will be shipped on the following Monday. An email notification with the tracking number will be sent once the order has been shipped.
The shipping price is based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order.
Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are not included in the total at checkout. payment of any duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, with the fees being collected at the time of delivery. Alexandramanousakis.com is not responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
We deliver our handmade ceramics and abstract art pieces all over the world.
Once your order has left the showroom, you will receive an email containing the courier tracking number to monitor its journey to you online. You can check the status of your order and track its delivery at any time. Check the Order Number that you received via email, click on the url for tracking and find all information related to the order.
Where do you ship my order from?
We ship all orders from our showroom in Chania (Greece). In case you are around, do pay a visit as we always enjoy meeting & talking with everyone in person. The address is Potie 9, Old Town, Chania.
How do you ensure the shipping of ceramics/paintings is safe?
Since our products are fragile, we ensure through careful packaging to deliver them safely to your door. Furthermore, we make sure to insure postages through DHL, our courier partner.
Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?
All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our showroom to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.
To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorise for packages to be delivered without a signature.
Can I get a refund?
Our Policy does not allow refunds, however items may be exchanged for equal or higher amounts.
Policy for damaged items
In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving item. Photographic proof of breakage or damage is necessary.
Returns of used/faulty objects: We will not accept returns for any items that have been used or if the packaging has been destroyed. Please make sure to keep the original DHL packaging if anything is broken as otherwise the shipping company will not take responsibility. Upon receipt of an order, you should notify us by email at on the same day if there is a problem. Please check items thoroughly before disposing any original packaging. Returns of faulty items will be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We take every responsibility to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before shipping. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to fair ware and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting about the fault.
How to exchange an item.
Should you wish to return your purchase, contact us within 24 hours from the date you received your order to arrange the exchange. Please send an email to so we shall understand why you wish to exchange your order and advise you on next steps. We will only accept exchanges provided that the goods in question are returned by the customer and received by us in the same condition as delivered. Keep in mind that all items must be returned new and unused.
Please note that return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will be refunded only if goods are damaged or an error has been made on our part. Items must be returned within 7 days of being received by you. Returns and exchanges received outside of the above time frames will not be accepted.
In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note.
